Terms and conditions Same Day Sign On is available to eligible clients who enquire before 2pm AEST on a business day and are able to provide required documentation (such as a valid Home Care Package referral code). Eligible clients will receive a digital link to review and sign Trilogy Care’s Services Agreement on the same day. Sign-On refers only to the provision of the digital agreement and does not constitute the commencement of services.
